About Hale Windows And Doors

Windows and doors for Hale, Trafford and Cheshire

Hale Windows And Doors makes and fits uPVC and aluminium windows, composite front doors, and bifold and patio doors for homes across Trafford and Cheshire East, from Hale and Timperley to Alderley Edge and Wilmslow. We are a family-run business, three generations strong, with more than 30 years in the trade. We make our own windows and doors, fit them ourselves with no subcontractors, and back every installation with a 15-year guarantee.

uPVC or aluminium: which is right for my home?

uPVC suits most homes, from Victorian terraces to 1930s semis and new builds, and offers traditional-looking styles at good value. Aluminium has slimmer frames and larger panes, so it suits modern and remodelled homes, extensions and bifold doors. We make and fit both and will advise honestly at your free survey.

Planning permission and conservation areas

Replacing windows and doors on a house is usually permitted development if the new ones look similar to the old. Listed buildings, flats and homes covered by an Article 4 direction are different. Our area pages explain the local rules for each town, and we check every address before we quote.
