Is the survey really free?
Yes. The survey and the written quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. We measure up, show you samples and give you a fixed price in writing.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every window and door we sell is fitted by our own employed team. We do not pass jobs to subcontractors at any stage.
Do you make the windows and doors yourselves?
Yes. That lets us control quality and lead times.

Are composite doors warmer than timber or uPVC doors?
Generally yes. The insulating core and close-fitting seals of a composite door reduce draughts and heat loss compared with older timber doors and many single-skin uPVC doors.
How secure are your composite doors?
We will show you the certificates on request.
How long does it take to fit a composite door?
We remove the old door and frame, fit the new one, make good and take the old door away.
