No pushy sales

There is no sales visit to get the first estimate, and you can ask questions on the same chat. Nothing is ordered until you have the written quote.

Tips for good photos

Take the photos in daylight and stand straight in front of each window or door, so we can see the whole frame. If a window is upstairs, a photo from the garden or the street is fine. Include anything unusual, such as a bay, a curved top, or a door with side panels.

Tell us roughly what you want, for example white casements or a grey composite door. If you are not sure yet, say so. We can suggest styles that suit the house.

Why we ask for your postcode

Your postcode tells us which area you are in, and whether your street might be in a conservation area. It also helps us plan the survey.

At the free survey

Our own team measures every opening, checks the frames and the walls around them, and goes through the style, colour and glass with you. You then get the written quote, with the 15-year guarantee on uPVC windows and composite doors, 10-year guarantee on aluminium terms set out, before anything is ordered. We tell you at the survey how long the fit will take.
